Going over the images with a magnifier...I'm speechless.

--------------------
Winter is three weeks away...and the season that follows that is Spring which is the season during which we will discover something about America.

We are older now. That is good because it means we have more disposable income and fewer hangovers.

But it also means that planning this sort of thing is harder. Spring has 12 weekends and already the first and last weekends of May are booked for me. That effectively removes 4 full weeks from consideration (if we're going to do a weekend to weekend sort of thing). And those are just the weekends I can't go. Add two more people, and it starts to narrow down considerably.

My point is that we should choose and defend our week soon. Where we go can come later.

Step 1: Ty, when you said you wanted to go in Spring, what month did you have in mind?

--------------------

Good point(s).

We are older. Fewer hangovers and more cash. True. But also competing priorities and demands, true.

B's spring break takes out April 4-13. Which means we don't have to go "in the spring." It can be summer (anniversary) or autumn (field mowing day) or winter (attic day).

We are older. Fewer hangovers and more cash. True. But also competing priorities and demands, true. Also pragmatism, flexibility, and the realization that if you're going to do a thing, you fucking do a thing right.

At first I thought answering Step 1 would be easy. It's not. I'll have to get back with you.

--------------------

Also patience.
