So I look out my window a bunch of times a day (and night). I looked out around 10:00 p.m. last night to see if people were partying in the streets with my mayor's re-election (but they weren't) and I saw a bag tied to the storm door handle (above - and yeah that's my neighbor's "Ravens" flag, sorry).Lookie what was inside (below), a little Mexican coin purse (it says "Mexico" on the other side) and a 1972 silver dollar.
