Berwyn Heights Mayor Follow-up 3

So, remember that whole thing I introduced about the 32-pound box of marijuana and the police raid of the mayor of Berwyn Heights home where they killed the dogs [clicky]?

Well, get this (Baltimore Sun via Drudge):
Prince George's raid prompts call for probe
Berwyn Heights mayor denounces police tactics

"Yet neither county Police Chief Melvin C. High nor Sheriff Michael A. Jackson have apologized to him...for the raid that traumatized the family and killed their black Labrador retrievers, Payton and Chase.

"When the shooting stopped, two dogs lay dead. A mayor sat in his boxers, hands bound behind his back. His handcuffed mother-in-law was sprawled on the kitchen floor, lying beside the body of one of the family pets that police had killed before her eyes.

"Police have said the dogs "engaged" officers. Calvo confirmed that Payton probably moved toward the door but would have ultimately done nothing more than lick them.

"'This smacks of something from Nazi Germany....'"

Assholes! Calvo should ride this all the way up the political ladder. First to the P.G. county executive election, then to the govenorship. Either that or declare war. Mountain Man Richey says that Calvo should take his police Chief to High and Jackson's houses, kick in their doors, and take lay claim to their dogs. "These are mine now, bitches."
