Life has always been performance
Everybody knows this (to degrees we do)
But what still perplexes
Is the composition of audience
Is Audience necessary
Can we be our own
What is not performance
Who is not audience
Existence has always been performance
Mine being the most (boring and ignored)
Which is fine since I am audience
Which is not since you are missing the show
Performance is a function
Of locus of audience
Both actor and other
Only to self-amuse
